Easy Steps Instruction App is a business tool that helps salespeople and retail teams create, customize, and send product usage instructions to customers.

The service may allow users to:

• Add personalized notes
• Select a customer's preferred language
• Preview an instruction email
• Send instructions to a customer

Easy Steps Pro does not manufacture or sell the products described in the instructions unless expressly stated otherwise. Easy Steps Pro is not the seller, store, salesperson, product manufacturer, medical provider, esthetician, or service provider involved in the underlying customer transaction.

2. User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement.

Users accessing the service on behalf of a company or business confirm that they are authorized to act for that organization.

3. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Protecting their login credentials
• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account
• All activity performed through their account
• Promptly notifying Easy Steps Pro of suspected unauthorized access

Users may not share account access except with authorized employees or users permitted under their plan.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Reviewing all product instructions before sending them
• Confirming that instructions are accurate and appropriate
• Editing instructions when necessary
• Obtaining permission to use customer information
• Complying with privacy, consumer-protection, marketing, and industry laws
• Ensuring that personal notes or claims sent to customers are lawful and accurate
• Handling customer complaints and product-related questions

Easy Steps Pro does not independently verify every instruction edited or sent by a user.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Send spam or unauthorized marketing messages
• Upload malicious software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Copy, reverse engineer, modify, scrape, or exploit the app
• Misrepresent an affiliation with a store, brand, or company
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Use customer information without authorization
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service

6. Product Instructions and Editable Content

Instructions available in the app are provided as editable starting content.

Salespeople and business users are responsible for reviewing and customizing the instructions according to:

• The specific product
• Manufacturer directions
• Store policies
• Customer needs
• Applicable professional or legal requirements

Easy Steps Pro does not guarantee that every instruction is appropriate for every product, customer, skin type, medical condition, or intended use.

7. No Medical or Professional Advice

The service provides general product-usage and customer-service tools. It does not provide medical, dermatological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

Users and customers should follow manufacturer directions and consult an appropriate professional where necessary.

8. Products, Stores, and Salespeople

Easy Steps Pro is not responsible for:

• Product quality
• Product defects
• Allergic reactions
• Customer results
• Misuse of products
• Claims made by a salesperson
• Store refund or return policies
• Pricing disputes
• Sales transactions
• Professional services provided by third parties
• Actions of stores, brands, employees, or customers

Any dispute concerning a product, sale, service, return, payment, or customer result remains between the relevant customer, salesperson, store, brand, manufacturer, or service provider.

9. Intellectual Property

Easy Steps Pro owns or licenses the intellectual property in the app and the website, including:

• Software
• Design
• Layout
• Branding
• Original written content
• Instruction templates
• Graphics and platform materials

Users retain responsibility for content they enter or upload, and grant Easy Steps Pro a limited license to process user-submitted content only as necessary to operate the service.

Users may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform without written permission.

10. Third-Party Content

Certain product names, trademarks, images, or information may belong to third parties. Their appearance does not mean that Easy Steps Pro is affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.

Users must have the right to upload or use any images, logos, text, or other materials they add to the service.

11. Service Availability and Changes

Users may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability-limitation, and dispute provisions.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and the website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• Specific business results

• Customer satisfaction
• Product performance
• Accuracy of user-edited instructions
• Compatibility with every device or service

14. Limitation of Liability

15. Indemnification

Users agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

• Their violation of applicable law

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Disputes and Jurisdiction

Any legal dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled by the appropriate state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

Easy Steps Pro may update these Terms periodically. The revised effective date is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where legally permitted.
